It was an amazing experience from the second I walk into the office. They knew my name right away (and this is my first visit) that kinda freaked me out like how did you know who I am. Truth be told, I felt like a VIP and part of the family. Front desk ladies Roxanne and Arlene were super friendly, efficient and funny. I felt like I was in an episode of Friends just hanging out with my friends. Then the manager Aura joined in on the fun bantering. My anxiety of being at a dental office was long gone by now. Next I was greeted by Dr. Camacho, someone who was so friendly and wears the prettiest smile. She introduced me to Israel who patiently took a ton of x-rays with gentle touch and demeanor. Then I was waiting for Dr. Camacho who came in all smiles and walked through so many different options to address my issues. She was so patient to listen to all of my concerns and questions. She was so kind and empathetic and in the end, she suggested a brilliant solution that I felt best suited my situation. Lastly, Dr. Camacho brought in Yesenia, the dental assistant who was also super nice and friendly who told me she’s inspired to be a better person because of Dr. Camacho and the atmosphere she created at the office. I’ve been in and out of dental office for oral surgeries since age 10 so needless to say I have some serious fear and PTSD about going to the dentist. I’m having so much fun here that I feel like I could just stop by and hangout with these awesome professionals! Thank you for making something so unpleasant and scary so fun and smooth!
